I bought an M135i, car was absolutely fantastic and David who sorted the finance out was very professional, understanding, friendly and never pushy like any other salesmen, couldn’t fault this dealership one bit and they’re always happy to help! Will be recommending to friends and family when it’s time to upgrade 🚗

I’m sick of these car dealers not being professional and caring about customers when I fact all they care about is money. I told the owner I wanted to buy one of their cars, left my details and asked for a delivery quote to deliver and even offered a deposit to secure. Next day listing was removed because he sold it from under me and he didn’t even have the courtesy to call or explain why he had done this???

Poor customer service. Chap was unwilling to take a deposit for a car and told me to ring next day to arrange a viewing and then goes and accepts a deposit from another customer. Ridiculous!

Very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. Spoke with company to get a few more details and person was very unhelpful, asked if I could leave a holding deposit to secure the vehicle but was told no, just leave a message on the advert, which I did, never got back to me, then when called again, was told that someone would return my call, 90 minutes later, no call back, so chased them again only to be told they sold the vehicle. SHOCKING

Needed a economical family wagon and Furness Rigby delivered - found the car we wanted, they let us take the unpressured time we needed and gave me the type of test drive I wanted, they gave me a fair price for my part ex (unlike several other dealers who just insulted me on a well looked after part ex) and purchase was easy and stress free - everything they promised they would do before collection was done with no fuss (unlike other dealers I've dealt with who often "forget" the more minor things). One thing I was very impressed with is they prepare the cars BEFORE putting them up for sale, whereas many dealers don't - this is a big positive!!! Very happy with the car we bought from them so can't recommend them highly enough.

Been speaking to two of the sales men for 3 days about a car. Was in the process of organizing my trip to the store to finalize all, once on the motorway i called to confirm my attendance to be informed that the sales man had 'just this minute sold the car' - not very pleased as i was never informed about the sale until I called him. Terrible terrible customer service .... typical salesman.

Bought an Audi A4 Avant from Furness Rigby in March 2019. Waited five months to review. Very happy with car, and after nearly 6,000 we have had no issues. Only downside was that the car only had one key, which wasn’t mentioned til we came to pick it up.

After our current car had been written off we were in need of a replacement within 2 weeks and having planned a weekend away with family in Chester we thought we'd give this dealer a go. We were quite specific with what we wanted (Mazda 5) and although there were a few things that needed to be addressed before we bought the car the dealer representative was more than happy to accommodate our needs within our budget so we're very happy with our purchase. Sales staff were not in the least bit pushy and happy to leave us to look around the car and then test drive it (twice). A secondhand car is always a concern but having agreed the 2 year warranty within the price we feel very comfortable. All credit to the staff who I'm sure will have the car looking at its best when we pick it up in 2 weeks. Thanks for the experience. We may even travel 250 miles in a couple of years when we look to change the car again. Would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer.
