Travelled from Cornwall to buy a Nissan X Trail from FR. Obviously buying from so far away always has a risk however the car was exactly as described and presented well. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been in contact with them to buy a car. We expressively said we’d like to buy the car, even come all the way to pick it up. Then they told us, something needs fixing and they’d call us back. And while we waited for the call back they sold it to someone else. And best of all, trying to gaslight me, saying we didn’t want the car. Unprofessional and rude. What a waste of time.
